Pages was created by Jeremy Shiroya, a Kenya-based developer and lifelong reader who wanted a book app that was simple, beautiful, and genuinely enjoyable to use.

Frustrated by apps that put great features behind subscriptions and alternatives that often compromise on design, Jeremy set out to build something different — a thoughtful, reader-first library that puts your books at the center.

From organizing collections and series to discovering book information, tracking what you're reading, and listening with realistic voices, every part of Pages is designed to make managing your library feel effortless.

What is Pages?

Pages is a free reading app for Android that brings your own ebooks into one personal library. It helps you read, listen, and keep track of your books without creating an account.

Read your own books

Import EPUB, PDF, and text files. Choose a paged or scrolling reader, then pick up where you left off with saved reading progress.

Listen with read-aloud

Turn an imported book into an audiobook-style experience with text-to-speech voices, playback speed controls, and sentence navigation. Pages does not import MP3 or M4B audiobook files.

Make the library yours

Organize books into series and playlists, add highlights and notes, and find covers or book details when you want them. Your library data stays on your device, with export and import for backups.
